EXPERIENCE-BASED EDUCATION

Experience-based education is about learning by doing. It’s about being engaged, challenged and reflecting on the process experienced. Through participation in a variety of hands-on, interactive activities, participants discover a greater understanding of self, develop skills and build relationships.

Experience-based programs are credited with positively affecting self-concept, confidence, cooperation, trust, respect for others as well as skills in problem solving, creative thinking, leadership, effective communication, conflict resolution and teamwork.
